Detailed Introduction of Laser Welding Machine

Sources:www.sdjiahekeji.com | PublishDate:2019.03.16

Laser welding machine is often called laser welding machine, laser welding machine, laser welding machine, laser cold welding machine, laser argon welding machine, laser welding equipment, etc. According to its working mode, it can be divided into laser mould welding machine (manual laser welding equipment), automatic laser welding machine, laser spot welding machine, optical fiber transmission laser welding machine, galvanometer welding machine, hand-held welding machine, etc. Special laser welding equipment includes sensor welding machine, silicon steel sheet laser welding equipment, keyboard laser welding equipment.
Laser welding uses high-energy laser pulses to heat the material locally in a small area. The energy of laser radiation diffuses into the material through heat conduction, and then melts the material to form a specific molten pool. It is a new type of welding method, mainly for thin-walled materials and precision parts. It can realize spot welding, butt welding, overlay welding, sealing welding, etc. It has high depth-width ratio, small weld width, small heat-affected zone, small deformation, fast welding speed, smooth and beautiful weld, no need or simple treatment after welding, high weld quality, no pore, accurate control and focus spot. Small, high positioning accuracy, easy to achieve automation. Laser welding also has its shortcomings, mainly because of the high investment cost of equipment and the high operating cost in the case of the need for large flow of expensive helium as a protective gas. The advantage of laser welding is that the laser beam can obtain very small spot, but it also brings difficulties in joint installation and alignment. Small misalignment may lead to great changes in welding conditions - even a small assembly gap (O. imm) may lead to insufficient laser radiation coupling. Laser welding of highly reflective materials such as aluminium and copper requires careful optimization of laser radiation conditions. At the same time, the high thermal conductivity of this kind of material requires high laser power density, which causes the problem that the reflected laser of the reflected back laser damages the optical elements.
